Girl Scout Life Saver Award
- The Girl Scout Life Saver Award was created as a way to honor Girls Scouts for their acts of heroism and extraordinary risk in saving lives. These awards recognize Girl Scouts who have gone above and beyond in leading an effort to save a life. These awardees embody the Girl Scout spirit of making the world a better place.
- The Bronze Cross: Presented to Girl Scouts who have saved a life or attempted to save a life with risk to their own life
- The Medal of Honor: Recognizes Girl Scouts who have saved a life or attempted to save a life without risk to their own life
- Eligibility: A candidate for any Lifesaving Award must meet all of the Girl Scout Rescuer Criteria, Risk to Life Criteria, and Girl Scout-led Action Criteria (the link has all the information for eligibility)
