In partnership with Girl Scouts of Central Indiana and Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, INspire Her: Foundational Certificate in Advocacy provides a comprehensive exploration of the intersection between women's advocacy and philanthropy, empowering participants to become effective agents of change in addressing gender disparities and advancing the well-being of women and girls. Grounded in theory and practical application, the curriculum equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to navigate the complex landscape of women's issues and drive impactful philanthropic initiatives.
Throughout this one-month, online program, participants will engage in critical discussions, interactive activities, and case studies to deepen their understanding of key concepts and strategies in women's advocacy and philanthropy. All sessions are from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. via Zoom. Topics covered include:
October 1st Session 1: Understanding Philanthropy and Advocacy
October 8th Session 2: Leadership in Philanthropy and Advocacy
October 15th Session 3: Social Justice Philanthropy and Advocacy
October 22nd Session 4: Philanthropy and Advocacy for Social Change
October 29th Session 5: Communications for Philanthropy and Advocacy
