Girl Scouts of Central Indiana - 2024 Scholarship Application
Girl Scouts of Central Indiana is happy to award four $1,000 scholarships that will be presented at our 2024 United We Lead celebration. In addition, each scholarship recipient will receive a fully paid Girl Scout Lifetime Membership.
Eligibility
Girl Scouts who are eligible are those who are registered Girl Scouts graduating high school by June each year and pursuing a post-secondary path.
Girl Scouts of Central Indiana is proud that our graduates have so many great choices ahead of them as they pursue a path to “making the world a better place.”
We know that for every girl that may look different, therefore, our scholarships are available for a variety of post high school paths, including but not limited to the following:
- 2 year or 4 year degree program
- continuing education career course
- job specific training
- job certifications or career credential.
- supplies required for education - including laptop, tablet, and other tools required for learning purposes
We also hope that post high school choices may have been influenced by Girl Scouts and time spent in our four pillars. In your application please be prepared to comment on how your time in Girl Scouts helped you make your post high school choice.
STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or any other related field of study
Entrepreneurship: Business, Communications, Finance, Marketing, or any other related field of study
Outdoors: Agriculture, Archeology, Environmental Studies, Geology, Zoology, or any other related field of study
Life Skills: Criminal Justice, Education, Government, History, Public Affairs, Criminal Justice or any other related field of study.
The 2024 application window has closed. It will reopen in March 2025.
