Lace up your skates-it's time to roll into a celebration! Join us as we celebrate the Girl Scout Birthday with an unforgettable afternoon of STEM, skating, and sisterhood.
This isn't just a birthday party-it's a hands-on chance to earn your Craft & Tinker badge while having a blast! We'll kick things off with a fun and engaging STEM workshop, where you'll explore the fascinating history and engineering behind roller skates. Then, let your creativity shine as you design your own version of the skate of the future.
Once your imagination has taken a spin, it's your turn! Hit the rink and show off your moves as we celebrate more than a century of Girl Scout spirit-gliding, spinning, and rolling with friends old and new.
Don't miss this one-of-a-kind celebration-create, skate, and celebrate with us!
Registration fees include:
- Girl - admission, skate rental, a slice of pizza, a soda and a birthday treat, and fun patch
- Family Guests - (i.e. youth siblings, friends, etc.) - admission, skate rental, a slice of pizza, a soda and a birthday treat
- Adults - a slice of
pizza, a soda and birthday treat
- Adults wishing to skate must choose to add-on skate time at registration this will include admission and skate rental.
This is an in-person family-friendly event that is open to both Girl Scout members and non-Girl Scouts along with their families, however, please note that STEM lesson activities will be geared towards those in kindergarten through grade 5.
The activities included in the STEM workshop are designed for Girl Scouts to complete the following badge requirements, (badges may be purchased separately):
- Craft & Tinker badge for Daisies
- Craft & Tinker badge for Brownies
- Craft & Tinker badge for Juniors
Notes:
- Since this is an in-person event there is a strict event capacity. All attending individuals both youth and adults must be registered in advance.
- Each troop is responsible for providing enough adults to meet Activity Safety Checkpoints, girls registering individually should also be accompanied by an adult.
Special Notes for Registration:
- All individuals attending need to be registered in advance to be able to take part in this special exclusive event.
- If you are registering a non-Girl Scout youth family member, please select the family guest option.
- If you are registering a non-Girl Scout adult family member, please select the adult non-member option.
