Girl Scouts will find out about archery, an exciting sport that takes
strength, focus, good form, and practice. After this introduction to
Archery, they'll know how to take aim outdoors with their archery
skills. Fun patch is included!
Closed-toed shoes and long hair tied back is required. Open to
Brownies & up. Adults will be asked to observe from outside of the range.
Location: Camp Gallahue, Morgantown
Notes:
- Since this is an in-person event there is a strict event
capacity. We recommend keeping your registration to girl/adult
ratios outlined in the Activity Safety Checkpoints to allow for
maximum girl participation. All attending individuals both
girls and adults must be registered in advance.
- Each troop is responsible for providing enough adults to meet
Activity Safety Checkpoints, girls registering individually should
also be accompanied by an adult.
- This event is for
registered Girl Scouts and girls interested in trying out the world
of Girl Scouting and the opportunities offered through our program.
We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate tagalongs at this
event.
- Girl Scout Cadettes will meet requirements
1, 2, & 4 of the Archery badge.
- A fun patch is
provided at this program.
