The Girl Scouts Eco Adventure Program, "Grow Green. Lead Change," is a comprehensive, multi-level experience designed to empower girls of all ages to become environmental leaders. Through age-appropriate, hands-on activities, participants explore nature, learn about sustainability, and develop practical skills to protect the Earth.
The program is built around five core pillars-Nature Exploration, Waste Reduction, Water & Energy Conservation, Community Care, and Earth Leadership-allowing girls to progressively deepen their understanding and involvement as they grow. From simple activities like nature walks and recycling projects for younger scouts to community advocacy and sustainability initiatives led by older girls, every level promotes curiosity, responsibility, and action.
Girls will work together to complete challenges, earn recognition, and lead meaningful "Take Action" projects that benefit their communities and the environment. Along the way, they build confidence, leadership skills, and a lifelong commitment to stewardship.
By participating in the Eco Adventure Program, Girl Scouts don't just learn about protecting the planet-they become the next generation of changemakers shaping a greener, healthier future.
