🏡Calling all Juniors and Cadettes! This 90-minute course helps prepare Girl Scouts for their first step towards independence and staying home alone. Taught by a licensed Safe Sitter instructor, students learn how to practice safe habits, prevent unsafe situations and what to do when faced with dangers such as power outages or weather related emergencies. Students are also introduced to the Safe Sitter First Aid Chart and learn a system to help them assess and respond to injuries and illnesses. Safe@Home Patch Included!

Additional Information
- Each troop is responsible for providing enough adults to meet the Safety Activity Checkpoint ratio. Those registering individually should also be accompanied by a registered adult. GSCI Safety Checkpoints
- Please do not bring adults, siblings, or other Girl Scouts who are not registered.
- Leaders and adults attending are responsible for the supervision of their girls at all times. The facilitator(s) might need your help; please be engaged in the event.
