Get ready for an afternoon of STEM, outdoor skills, and spooky fun! Girls will explore the science of the sun, learn useful knot-tying skills, and discover the natural world around them.
Build a Solar Oven & Make S'mores
Harness the power of the sun as you design and build your own solar oven! Girls will experiment with sunlight, heat, and reflection-and then put their creations to the test by making a delicious s'more.
💀 Knot-Tying Skeletons
Learn basic knot-tying skills while creating a spooky skeleton using rope! Girls will practice different knots and take their knot-tying skeleton home as a fun reminder of their new outdoor skills.
🍂 Spooky Nature Scavenger Hunt
Head outside for a Halloween-inspired nature adventure! Girls will search for signs of wildlife, interesting leaves, textures, shapes, and other seasonal discoveries while learning how to safely explore and observe nature.
Come ready to build, experiment, explore, and get a little spooky while earning new skills and making something fun to take home!
