Join the fun as we celebrate the importance of insects and all things buggy! This annual celebration of bugs has been running since 1992. You'll have the opportunity to visit several "buggy" stations like Wondrous Worms, a walk through a Butterfly Tent, Critter Crafts, Cricket Café, Aquatic Insects, and lots more. Participants can even earn an honorary degree in "Bugology!" Girl Scouts let us know if you are planning to attend by registering for a commemorative patch; quantities are limited.
Hey, Girl Scout Brownies, this is a great way for you to complete your Bugs badge, while enjoying an afternoon of fun with your family.
Registration fees cover the cost of the patch only; parking and any cost incurred while attending the festival are not included. (Please note there is a $10 per car entrance fee, that will be collected at the event.)
This event is designed as an in-person event and will take place outdoors.
Notes:
- Each troop is responsible for providing enough adults to meet Activity Safety Checkpoints, girls registering individually should also be accompanied by an adult.
- This event is for registered Girl Scouts and their families.
