Get ready for an exciting blend of treasure hunting, hiking, and creativity at our Girl Scouts Letterboxing Event! Letterboxing is an engaging outdoor activity where participants use clues, maps, and observations to locate hidden containers called "letterboxes." Each box includes a unique rubber stamp and logbook, allowing girls to record their discoveries and track their adventure.

During this program, Girl Scouts will work in teams to decode clues, navigate the environment, and explore the outdoors safely. Along the way, they will build valuable skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, teamwork, and navigation. The event also encourages curiosity and appreciation for nature, making it a perfect mix of STEM, outdoor learning, and fun.

Girls will receive their own "passport" or notebook to collect stamp impressions from each box they find. Optional activities may include designing their own stamps or creating clues, adding an extra layer of creativity to the experience.

This program is suitable for various age levels, with adaptable clues and challenges to match skill levels. Adult supervision and clear boundaries ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Whether new to letterboxing or experienced explorers, Girl Scouts will leave this event with a sense of accomplishment, new skills, and lasting memories of outdoor adventure!
