Are you passionate about the environment? Volunteers needed to help protect and restore our local wet lands! Join as at the Dillon Park Gazebo!
Noblesville Parks, in partnership with Hamilton County Soil and Water Conservation District, is hosting a Weed Wrangle invasive species removal event at Dillon Park on June 6 from 9:00am-12:00 p.m.
Volunteers will meet at The Dillon Park Event Shelter before heading out to work in the natural area north of the roundabout, where we will be removing invasive plants to help restore the park's natural areas.
No experience is necessary-staff will provide guidance, and tools and herbicide will be provided by Noblesville Parks.
What to wear:
Jeans or long pants
A shirt you're comfortable getting dirty
Closed-toe shoes or boots
What to bring:
Work gloves
