Attention Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors! Do you have what it takes to crack a historical case?

 

Join us for a unique event at Camp Dellwood as we celebrate our 100th Anniversary by unlocking the secrets of the past! We're transforming the historic Old Settlers Cemetery into a hands-on forensic science lab for a real-life investigation.

 

This isn't just a history lesson-it's a chance to put your sleuthing skills to the test and learn how science helps us understand the stories of those who came before us.

 

This event is designed as an in-person event for Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors. Girl Scouts will complete the requirements for and receive the Camp Dellwood Cemetery History Patch.

 

Join the celebration! This program is part of Camp Dellwood's 100th Anniversary, and every Girl Scout will earn a commemorative patch. First-time celebration participants will receive a Girl Scout tent patch, while returning Girl Scouts will collect a balloon patch to add to their set. All patches fit together on the back of your vest to celebrate an unforgettable anniversary year at camp!

 

Notes: 

  • Since this is an in-person event, there is a strict event capacity. We recommend keeping your registration to girl/adult ratios outlined in the Activity Safety Checkpoints to allow for maximum girl participation. All attending individuals, both girls and adults, must be registered in advance. 
  • For the safety and supervision of our participants, each troop is responsible for ensuring that enough adults are present to meet Activity Safety Checkpoints. Those attending individually also need to be accompanied by an adult.
  • This event is open to registered Girl Scouts and girls interested in joining to discover what Girl Scouting has to offer.
  • We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate tagalongs (non-Girl Scout siblings and non-participating guests) at this event.
