Cause Camp: Choose to Include!
Explore the power of inclusion, teamwork, and advocacy through hands-on adaptive sports challenges inspired by Special Olympics. Girls will discover how sports create confidence, connection, and opportunity for athletes of all abilities while learning how they can help build more inclusive communities.
Participants will engage in teamwork activities, complete sports-based skill challenges, and take action through a service project supporting the Special Olympics community. Along the way, girls will connect their experience to Girl Scout Sports badges and the People Like Me patch curriculum by exploring identity, empathy, accessibility, and celebrating differences.
Through meaningful discussions and active experiences, girls will strengthen leadership skills, deepen their understanding of inclusion, and recognize how everyone's unique abilities make communities stronger.
Girl Cost=$25 Includes lunch, Sports badges, fun takeaways, and People Like Me patch
Adult Cost= $10 includes lunch, and People Like Me Patch
