What Girls Will Experience

During this hands-on, interactive program, Girl Scouts will:

🌟 Recognize Their "Body Superpowers"

Girls explore the abilities, talents, and strengths that make them unique. They'll reflect on everything their bodies help them accomplish-from running and dancing to thinking, creating, and caring for others.

🌟 Practice Positive SelfTalk

Girls learn simple strategies for speaking to themselves with kindness. Through games and reflection, they identify negative self-talk and practice turning it into empowering, uplifting language.

🌟 Examine How Media Shapes Body Messages

Scouts look at advertisements, photos, and social media examples to understand how images can be edited, unrealistic, or designed to influence. They'll discuss how to stay confident and grounded in a world full of mixed messages.

🌟 Celebrate Their Bodies Through Movement

Movement activities-such as light stretching, dance, yoga-inspired exercises, or a short nature walk-encourage girls to appreciate what their bodies can do in a fun, non-competitive way.

🌟 Spread Kindness Through Compliment Activities

Girls take part in guided exercises that help them give and receive positive, nonappearancebased compliments, encouraging empathy and friendship.
