Step into the shoes of an inventor, engineer, and designer! In this hands-on workshop, turn your big ideas into reality. Dive headfirst into the world of design thinking to solve real-world problems. Brainstorm wild solutions, map out creative concepts, and build your own physical prototypes. Along the way, test your inventions, gather feedback, and iterate on your designs to make them even better! Girl Scouts will earn their Create & Innovate Badge.
Notes:
- Since this is an in-person event, there is a strict event capacity. We recommend keeping your registration to girl/adult ratios outlined in the Activity Safety Checkpoints to allow for maximum girl participation. All attending individuals, both girls and adults, must be registered in advance.
- For the safety and supervision of our participants, each troop is responsible for ensuring that enough adults are present to meet Activity Safety Checkpoints. Those attending individually also need to be accompanied by an adult.
- This event is open to registered Girl Scouts and girls interested in joining to discover what Girl Scouting has to offer.
- We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate tagalongs (non-Girl Scout siblings and non-participating guests) at this event.
