In addition to camping with their troop, many activity choices are planned for each girl's individual or troop's participation. Check-in will begin and 4 pm on Friday, and activities will begin on Friday at 8 pm with a Welcome Introduction, Troop Flag Displays, and a special Girl Activity. Saturday will kick off at 8:30 am with Booth presentations, followed by an Outdoor Cooking Bake-Off and/or Wide Games Activity. Saturday afternoon, girls and adults will participate in three fun and educational workshops/activities of their individual choice. Dinner and dessert are to be followed by a Variety Show Competition between the troops on Saturday night. A Scouts Own and Awards presentation will finish off the weekend Sunday morning before departure. Sign up to do as much or as little as you want.
Each troop will receive the Round Up Information Packet upon registration. Participants are responsible for all their meals except Saturday dinner. Cost includes all of the above and a participation patch. Check-in begins at 4 pm on Friday with the first activity at 8 pm.
The theme for 2025 is Board Games. Each Troop may choose any Board Game they would like to represent at the event. However, we do not want two troops doing the same Board Game, so contact the Round Up Volunteer Coordinator (Michelle Pain) early to receive the Information packet and/or hold your troop's choice.
Early registrants can help decide this year's dinner choice for Saturday night, and get a jump on their troop's participation activities!
