Join us as we dive into the whimsical world of stop-motion animation. You'll learn the secrets behind some of your favorite holiday classics, then work with a team to bring your own creative vision to life. Don't miss this chance to become a cinematic genius and create your own stop-motion masterpiece!
This event is designed as an in-person event for Juniors and Cadettes. While girls will receive a fun patch for attending this workshop. However, activities are designed to complete the following badge requirements,
- Requirements 2, 4 for the Digital Photographer badge for Juniors
- Requirements 1, 4 for the Entertainment Technology badge for Juniors
- Requirements 2, 4 for the Comic Artists badge for Cadettes
- Requirement 2 for the Digital Movie Maker badge for Cadettes
Notes:
- Since this is an in-person event there is a strict event capacity. We recommend keeping your registration to girl/adult ratios outlined in the Activity Safety Checkpoints to allow for maximum girl participation. All attending individuals, both girls and adults must be registered in advance.
- Each troop is responsible for providing enough adults to meet Activity Safety Checkpoints, girls registering individually should also be accompanied by an adult.
- This event is for registered Girl Scouts and girls interested in joining a Girl Scout friend to try out the world of Girl Scouting and the opportunities offered through our program. We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate tagalongs at this event.
