Calling all adult volunteers!! Kaleidoscope is for YOU! Choose from over 60 unique learning sessions including those that explore the new Girl Scout Journeys and badges, STEM activities, as well as sessions that help you personally grow as a volunteer. Network with other leaders as you develop new skills critical for troop’s success. All volunteers, troop leaders, co-leaders, and troop helpers are invited to attend.

How to register?
All registration and payments are online. You can complete registration and payments from your computer, laptop, tablet or cell phone. When you pay (using a discount code, if applicable) you will receive an e-mail receipt with the amount charged to your credit card and the list of classes you registered for. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail the week of Kaleidoscope with your classes and any updates regarding parking and what to bring.
Girl Scouts of Central Indiana has a new registration program, Double Knot, which Program and Adult Learning are using beginning August 20. It looks a little different but it allows you to register for more than one event or class and pay for it all at once at the end.
When registering for Kaleidoscope classes here are a few tips:
• Your selections begin with Friday Night Enrichments, check the drop box and make selections for Saturday classes in Session 1, Session 2, Session 3 and Session 4.
• After the class title you will see in ( ) what grade level the class is targeting (D-Daisy, B-Brownie, J-Junior, C-Cadette, S-Senior, A-Ambassador, M–Multi-age, ALL–anyone).
• Hover over the class name to see the description.
• A class that says (1 of 2) you must chose the same class in the next session that says (2 of 2).
• If applicable, there is a choice for "not attending."
• Click "add" on the left next to your class of choice for each session.
Outdoor Classes on Friday Oct 5th (additional $5 fee)
Join us on Friday night at the Program Center on Camp Dellwood’s property for a casual evening of outdoor enrichment opportunities and networking. Your $5 fee includes: A bunk for you to spend the night, light snacks, Friday enrichments and breakfast on Saturday.
CPR/First Aid Blended learning opportunity (additional $40 fee)
This session combines online training with a face-to-face skills test out, in which hands-on practice in front of a certified Instructor is performed. The online portion of this session must be completed prior to October 5 (Link is e-mailed to all participants when registration closes September 28). CPR test out will occur during sessions 1 or 2 at Kaleidoscope on Saturday.
Spring Renewal Discount ($10)
If you renewed your troop by June 30 you received a discount code to attend Kaleidoscope for only $10. This applies to you and any registered adult member in your troop. Check your e-mail for the code that you will apply at the end of your registration to pay only $10 (this does not apply to CPR or Friday overnight).
New Leader Discount ($10)
Any new Leaders as of July 1, 2018 will receive a discount code to attend Kaleidoscope for only $10. That's not all. When you check in at registration on Oct 6 you will get that $10 back in a coupon form to spend at the Girl Scout shop nearest you. You will be able to use that coupon at the traveling Girl Scout shop that will be at Chapel Hill on October 6. Check your e-mail for the code that you will apply at the end of your registration to pay only $10 (this does not apply to CPR or Friday overnight).
