Who doesn't want to work out when the sky is NOT the limit? With Aerialogy's progressive training methods, even a total beginner can learn to invert, climb, and explore creative movement. Aerial gymnastics is an amazing way to gain confidence while building strength, flexibility and body awareness. You will receive an Aerialogist patch.
Note: Come dressed to sweat in leggings and a workout shirt. Each girl must have a signed waiver.
