Welcome to the Girl Scout Bronze Award, a leadership adventure and the highest honor a Girl Scout Junior can achieve. As you and your team plan and complete your projects, you'll develop more confidence, meet new people, and have the kind of fun that happens when you work with other Girl Scouts to make a difference.
 

Bronze Award Overview

Below is an overview of the requirements to earn the Girl Scout Bronze Award. In order to fully understand what is expected, refer to the Girl Scout Bronze Award girl guidelines, adult guide, and the FAQs. Girls must be in 4th or 5th grade (or equivalent) and a registered Girl Scout Junior.

Special Notes: The Girl Scout Bronze Award is a team or troop award. Juliettes can form their own team by joining other Girl Scout Juniors. All of the requirements for the Girl Scout Bronze Award must be completed before bridging to Girl Scout Cadettes. The Girl Scout Bronze Award is not a prerequisite for the Girl Scout Silver Award (for Girl Scouts grades 6-8) or the Girl Scout Gold Award (for Girl Scouts in grades 9-12).

Girls of Distinction Celebration Deadline

Each June, Girl Scouts of Central Indiana hosts an annual celebration to recognize local Girl Scouts for their achievements during the past year. In order to be eligible to participate in the current year’s celebration, Girl Scout Bronze Award recipients must submit their final reports to the council office by April 1.

How to submit Girl Scout Bronze Award forms

Complete Girl Scout Bronze Award Final Report Packets: (forms can be found above)

  • Girl Scout Bronze Award Final Report – Part A (one for each team project)
  • Girl Scout Bronze Award Final Report – Part B (one copy per girl eligible for the Girl Scout Bronze Award)
