All convention volunteers must be a registered Girl Scout for the 2008-09 Girl Scout year before October 1, 2008.

Shifts will vary from 2-4 hours depending on day and on work assignment.

Training may be required for some assignments and will be provided on-site.

Girl Scout uniforms are required for volunteers assisting at the national council session.

All expenses related to convention participation are the responsibility of the volunteer.

Appointment letters will be mailed beginning in the spring of 2008.
